Samson-AI provides AI-powered digital marketing and ad creation tools designed to help businesses automate and optimize their advertising efforts. These services include ad text generation, audience targeting, real-time performance feedback, and adjustments.

Users must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations when using Samson-AI. You agree not to use Samson-AI for any malicious purposes, including but not limited to:

Distributing malware or engaging in any activity that disrupts the service.
Engaging in any form of illegal activity.
Promoting violence, discrimination, or hate speech.
Using the service for political agendas or purposes.
Advertising any controversial topics.
Any violation of these obligations will result in the immediate deletion of your account without refund.

Refunds are only allowed during the first 10 days of each payment. Any refund requests made after this period will not be accepted. To request a refund, please contact our support team within the specified time frame at samsonai@droztechnologies.com.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

Samson-AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the service.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service.
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party.
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Samson-AI and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Samson-AI.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. This includes improving the current Samson-AI model and developing new AI models. We ensure that any data used for these purposes will be anonymized and aggregated to protect user privacy.

All images and content generated using Samson-AI are owned by the users who create them. However, by using Samson-AI, you grant Samson-AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the generated content for research and development purposes, including improving the current Samson-AI model and developing new AI models. We ensure that any data used for these purposes will be anonymized and aggregated to protect user privacy.

Your use of Samson-AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Samson-AI offers monthly and annual subscription plans. The monthly plan is $800, and the annual plan is $8000, which includes an additional 100 ad credits (300 total) compared to the monthly plan (200 total). All payments are subject to applicable taxes.

You agree to use Samson-AI in a manner that is ethical and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

Use the service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the service or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the service.
Use the service to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute any material that consists of (or is linked to) any malicious computer software, including but not limited to malware, spyware, or viruses.
Use the service for any activities related to hacking, spamming, phishing, or any form of illegal activity.
Use the service to promote violence, discrimination, or hate speech.
Use the service for political agendas or purposes.
Use the service to advertise any controversial topics or illegal activities.
Any violation of these obligations will result in the immediate deletion of your account without refund.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Samson-AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
